MESSAGE FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT
Jessica Otto’s family has asked that we share with you information about her upcoming memorial service on Saturday, Oct. 16 at 1 p.m. at the First Covenant Church, 4502 Rucker Ave. in Everett.
Jessica was a LAP math teacher at Penny Creek elementary who passed away on Tuesday. Jessica first interned at Silver Firs Elementary in 2004-05. She was hired full time in the district in 2007 at Penny Creek where she taught for the last three years. Her mother, Val Strong, is a longtime teacher in the district, now teaching second grade at Forest View Elementary.
